Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of any games or applications ("the Game") developed and published by Cookies Studio, a trading name of Baronford & Associates Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Game.

2. The Game is Provided "As Is"

We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

3. Game Mechanics and Fairness

The Game uses procedurally generated content and randomised elements as core mechanics. By using the Game, you acknowledge and accept that:

— Game outcomes are determined by a combination of player skill and procedural generation, and are not guaranteed to be uniform across sessions.

— The increasing difficulty and score-based progression are intentional design features, not misrepresentations.

— No claim of "unfairness", "addictiveness", or dissatisfaction with game mechanics shall constitute grounds for liability on the part of Baronford & Associates Limited under the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457), or any other applicable Hong Kong consumer protection legislation, as the Game is provided free of charge and its mechanics are clearly described.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baronford & Associates Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Game, including but not limited to:

— Loss of data or device damage

— Claims relating to the addictive nature of game mechanics

— Any interruption or cessation of the Game

— Any bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in the Game

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game. Since the Game is free to download, our liability is limited to HKD $0.

5. Advertisements

The Game displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Interacting with advertisements is entirely voluntary.

6. In-App Features

The Game may offer optional rewarded video advertisements that provide in-game benefits. These are provided as a convenience and we make no guarantee of their availability at any given time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Game, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, code, and design, is the intellectual property of Baronford & Associates Limited or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
